Please note, once our service has commenced, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies post work commencement.

In order for any adjustments or discontinuation of the service:

  • Requests must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe specified in the service agreement.
  • No refunds or credits will be provided for discontinuation requests beyond the specified timeframe.

We reserve the right to refuse any requests for adjustments or discontinuation that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
